Adcombo Multi Conversion Offer Tracking with Voluum (2)

Hello Guys!!

Happy to contact STM wise people once again.!!

I´m currently running a couple of offers from Adcombo on MGID, and tracking with Voluum. These offers are Multi Conversion Offers, wich means that the client has to Signup on the Landing (First Step and Adcombo names that event as Initial and leads ), and then he has to make a First Time Deposit (FTD) which is the 2nd conversion step and Adcombo names it Complete. Here is when Affiliate get´s the comission.

Here is the problem.

I have my postbacks setted as global postbacks, and already have the Lead postback (te main conversion tracking postback).


These are my postbacks that are currently working fine:

Leads: (Main Postback for conversions) https://Voluumtracker.com/postback?cid={clickid}&payout={revenue}&txid={tran s_id}

Holds :https://Voluumtracker.com/postback?cid={clickid}&payout={revenue}&txid={tran s_id}&et=holds

Rejects: https://Voluumtracker.com/postback?cid={clickid}&payout={revenue}&txid={tran s_id}&et=rejects



I Tried by creating Custom Conversion tracking in Voluum with the INITIAL and COMPLETE parameters, and then I set those postbacks back in Adcombo.


Here are my custom postbacks for Initial and Complete placed in Adcombo

CompletePostback: https://Voluumtracker.com/postback?cid={clickid}&payout={revenue}&txid={tran s_id}&et=complete


I made testing conversion and I see them in Adcombo but can't get them on Voluum.




BUT Wait!! That’s not all!! When I check the Voluum's error log I see this:



Why I wanna get these Initial conversion tracked in Voluum? Easy, because I think is a valuable data for optimization.

If I can get all those microconversion data such as: Widgets, Time, IP, OS, Conection Type etc, etc in Voluum, my optimization will be much faster and reliable.

Hope that the experienced people from STM could help me with this. I´ve made a lot of research, and couldn't fix it by myself.
