What is an attractive commission to offer, should we offer something for just trials? should we give a one time payout? should we give instead a life long commission or should we cap after let say 2 years or an certain amount?
We have a 90% retention per year and 4-5 years LTV.
Average LTV is about $8000 with 50% after cost profit margin.
