Question on Optimizing
STEP 4: OPTIMIZE THE CAMPAIGN
3. Go through the report to identify GEOs' that have made at least 3 conversions, that are in loss (i.e. has a negative value in the “Profit” column)
Well, I don't understand this very well. 3 conversions means that is a good sign right? Why do we need to remove it from the targeting when some other countries not even converting?
Is that mean we have to remove all the countries that not making more than 3 conversions and if it is 3 but in loss? Because I have some countries that's make more than 20 conversions but still in loss.
Can you make it little clear for me please.

Good question! Glad you asked.
This is only for beginners that doesn't want to do the extra work of optimizing a losing campaign to reach profits.
So any geo that isn't profitable right away, they can cut.
Obviously this is the lazy way of doing things.
Which is why I included the "bonus" chapter, which teaches how to cut websites to increase the campaign's ROI.
When I first wrote the guide, Mobipium allowed most/all countries to be targeted, and some countries would be profitable right away, without any optimization necessary.
Then, after selling this guide for a while, with hundreds and hundreds of affiliates all running the same Mobipium link on Popads, the competition has increased to the point where you wouldn't see profits right away anymore.
Plus, Mobipium had to change the offer requirements by limiting to only several geos, due to quality issues. This made it even more unlikely for a campaign to be profitable from the beginning.
In conclusion: It is now necessary to optimize each geo before profit is possible. I would actually suggest to move on from this guide when you're ready to try something else (like the 40-day tutorial). This guide is amazingly simple which is great for newbies to get into the game, but it wasn't meant to help people make profits. The fact that a lot of people did was a bonus, but in the long-run, it would be better to learn how to promote individual offers using landing pages (presell pages). You'll see higher ROI and profits potential.

Thanks, Amy, I did the same as in the bonus. And now following 40-day training too.
