With your CPM model you are paying a little over $0.11 per click which is over double our average CPC of $0.051. Your CTR of .42% is not bad but it's below our avg CTR of .73% for the US geo. This becomes more of a problem especially when you are paying CPM because you are paying for the extra impressions that you aren't using. The CTR rates of 18.66% and 31.68% for your prelander are also low. Normally you want it closer to 40%. Try optimizing your prelander, if you don't already have one. Your CR is good. We see successful sweeps campaigns with a CR anywhere from 3% - 10%.
