Tips for next steps after $xxx/day with single offer!

Hey Guys,

So I am running dating on push + adult in Algeria, Yemen for now. Obviously since the volume isn't THAT high compared to other geos, I am having a hard time scaling it over $xx to lower $xxx per day. I sure can jump into a different geo but since most of my winners are arabic ad copy, images, angles and landers, I have to stick to the middle east region and the payout for most of those are not that great for me to bother at this point.

What do you suggest I do to scale my campaigns even just a bit in this geo before I move to a new one? The network bumped my payout once and they say they can do another bump when my lead quality is good (which supposedly isn't that great right now) My lead quality is getting around 3% CVR on the backend whereas they said they can do 20% payout bump if I can improve my lead quality and reach around 8% - Any tips on how to do that?

Some other things that I can think of:

1) Contact the advertiser directly, to have a better payout? If you think its a good idea right now, how should I go about doing that? Any tips on that would be helpful.
2) Contact other networks with similar geo offers with better payouts and test those?
3) Try a few more traffic sources with volume for that geo? Currently only using propeller (push + native) and trafficjunky, so maybe also try megapush for eg?

I am open to any other suggestion as well. Just want to squeeze as much ROI I possibly can with this

Payout doesn't matter much, test and see the EPC in the other geos with the other offers in the same language.
