Another newbie question for you guys.
My partner and I have been looking at different offers. We are putting the links to each offer into our browser to view the landing pages, but it seems that every link/offer we try doesn't send us to the expected offer. Sometimes the pages have content that are completely unrelated to the offer, or the links don't even work. We have also tried this on multiple computers and browsers, but the same issue persists.
Any reasons why we wouldn't be able to see offers? Do networks cloak their offers or something?

Those are geo-redirections probably. So only people living in the specific country (ip based) will see the actual offer.
Ask your AM to send a previewlink/screenshot of the actual offer and they will send it!

Yup, stickup is right... you're being redirected to fallback offers, since your IP/device/carrier/OS or whatever doesn't match the required targeting of the offer.
In case of GEO, device, OS etc ... you can use a VPN and an agent emulator to pass the check, but with carrier it's gonna be a bigger problem. You either need a real IP of the carrier and "spoof" it with some plugin or you need to buy a VPN service that supports 3G connections and that's quite costly.
Usually it's not necessary to do this. You can do what stickup suggested and ask for a screen from the AM or simply send some traffic to the offer to see if it converts or not.
