what is Best mobile traffic type and best network to run smartlink campaign, i have tried mobipium with popads and result is not so good i am getting lots of impression and click but less conversion and very low payout

A lot of networks are having smartlinks but some perform better, you need to test yourself. Just go with any reputable network. For instance, Affbank is a good source to check such networks. Also, I recommend you these 3 networks: Monetizer, Mobidea's Smartlink and Adverten. They all have smartlink offers that pays well. Good luck)

Why you wanna run a smartlink with traffic that you buy? Would it not make more sense to promote campaigns direct? Until 3 years ago we had only a Smartlink option in our system but nowadays we get mostly fallback traffic. If you speak to your AM you can get really nice campaigns yourself that you can split, after a while also access to a nice cap and payout and if you think about doing it because of a special mobile flow, then I still recommend you to ask for this flows directly.
