I'm not sure you are doing something wrong, maybe the traffic source simply isn't converting. It could happen. Maybe give some more sources a try. And next time around maybe try going for CPC, meaning paying only for clicking users. It's by far the better option here.
What's your CTR? And what user ages did you buy? Maybe your buying lesser quality traffic, diving into what you are buying is crucial

I see that there are 0 clicks in your Voluum screen, just visits, which means you are directlinking and not using any landing pages. This is your problem right there.
While it's a good idea to quickly test a directlinked campaign, to see whether the setup is ok and to get something running without further delays, in order to really see things in motion... it's VERY hard to reach decent results without the use of proper landing pages.
So I'd recomend to focus on this step, get some landing pages and start testing again.
Cheers,
Matej.

If i could elaborate on this,Once you create a full journey you really see how the user converts it self. If a user only went to the page and there is nothing to keep him there bounce rates are huge. Prelander seriously improves this !

Indeed, the registration/offer pages are quite often pretty blunt, with no strong sales messages ... the LP has to make up for it.

I've gotten a few conversions with one of those offers, 19819, so it does convert. I was using a wheel spin type landing page. Good luck!

All of the above. Landing Page is crucial. But if you're following the 40 day tutorial, you'll find Amy gives some good tips on finding cheap offers which should convert with direct linking.

Careful with that.
When you do that, you restrict the majority of your traffic, so you'll be cutting out the good traffic as well. I know propeller ads targeting is limited, but check out OS version (Android 9 is expensive, Android 2 can be bots) and Browsers (Android Webview can kill a campaign) before cutting an entire zone.

I think that the industry is moving from blunt pages to a journey type approach. The days of ads in your face are fading away. I think it's a better place. this industry needs to transform itself into a more marketing type of approach and understand a user isn't going to do everything on their own, you need to push them towards the correct route

Yup, more and more offers are coming with more advanced landers, which is a good thing as it gives us more options to choose from. But I still like to promote even those "blunt" landers, as it gives me all the freedom to experiment with my own landing pages.

It's just a different approach to different type of offers. The long CPS offers has to be with a lander, but the shorter ones, meaning the download, extensions and so on has to be a shorter one. I think it's just truly knowing how to promote what.
