So i am promoting Win i phone 4s christmas mobile offer. The payout is $1.00
I spent $115 and i made $135.
note:I am learning how to track with tracking 202 the subid's and everything so the first
$80 that i spent i wasnt tracking my subids right. The only thing that i did was to optimise my LP.
I am promoting this with FB fanpage as landing page.

Now i learned how to track my campaign with 202 and my subids are working so my stats is automatically updated.
But i have issue with how to optimise and scale this campaign.
The last few days i am getting 70-100% ROI but the volume is too low.
As you see i am targeting 1.3mil ppl 24years old and younger.Also for some strange reason every friday my ROI is lowest.
What i have to do now ?
this -> If i am getting $0.01 CPC do i have to optimise the ad for higher CTR and go CPM (which means $0.02 per 1000 imps and atleast %0.300 CTR)
Or this -> i should only optimise the AD for higher conversion rate without caring about the CTR since its very easy to get $0.01 CPC in the country that i am promoting in?
Or --> i should first optimise for direct linking.Well not really direct linking because fb disaproves the offer link because of low mywot reputation so i will iframe the offer on my custom domain.And then when i find the ad that converts the best i should add my facebook landing page/normal landing page into the game and get the highest ROI?
What do you think guys please give me some suggestions 
Ok so I see your are getting a lot of social connections, so I'm assuming a lot of the traffic is just clicking "like" and not actually doing the iphone offer. This is an issue you will run into when doing facebook landing pages but thats why you are getting a high ctr...
IF you direct link, you will have to make brand new ads and they probably wont get approved unless you cloak or bait and switch...
.01 CPC is already as low as it can get pretty much and I wouldnt worry about getting it lower, just getting more traffic and traffic that converts...
So i should aim for optimising my ads with the end goal to convert the most. When i first tested the offer iframed i got no problems with the approval, i guess i will try that again.
So first optimise the ad for Direct linking then i will add LP off fb so i dont receive Social clicks.
Now my question is how to scale and get massive traffic. Yesterday i put my budget on $100 per day and only spent $10 and i made $22 and today i spent $6 and i made $15.
I duplicated my ads but i dont get much traffic how i can tell fb to give me more volume ?
Raise your bids and raise your daily limit to like 500. Just monitor it closely if you are scared of spending too much..
If i raise my bid wouldnt i get negative ROI, or because of my high ctr fb will give me 0.01 cent clicks again hmm ?
Yep exactly... maybe not .01 but even if its like 3-5 cents you may still make a lot more money because you're getting a lot more volume...
what is you click through to the offer? you should concentrate your efforts on the LP.
just 35$ profit for $100 spent is very low for 1c clicks. If your costs will raise to 2c/click you will spend $200 and make $135. It's not very scalable with this data. If you want more traffic for this ads you'll have to increase the bid and you won't have 1c average.
You have 3 options.
1. increase the LP's CTR and get a better ROI then scale by increasing your bid
2. create some new ads with a better CTR that will get a 1c click on a broader demo
3. go directly to the offer and cloak it
Maybe try out some of the 7.50+ payout iPhone offers in the INTL countries. Also for the LP I would try and add someone holding an iphone that doesn't look like a professional picture.
