Hello,
Short story:
This provider live:vkmediaads (skype) been trying to sell FB ads accounts all over the Internet, some here, some on mpsocial, some on BHW etc...
His Whatsapp +91 97878 65555, he has broken EN and from IN.
The provider scammed Forex company Fxmonetize and Marketing company Creative Clicks (us) , both for 2Grand USD each.
Cant make refund since we paid with BTC.
He is not willing to provide a refund and his service never came.

Account were never provided, we dont want to work with someone who claims that will provide accounts on day X and never done it, we want full refund.

Reads to me that you ordered accounts, then took two weeks to pay the dude - while expecting accounts to be delivered instantly.
It takes time to prep and warm accounts and it's not always predictable. The guy is working Sundays trying to keep your business.
He had your accounts ready to go and available in linkensphere, but you kept demanding an RDP and calling him a scammer and spewing profanity.
Give the guy a chance...
