Hi,

Just wanting to know what sort of file this may possibly be?

Every time the lander is ripped and I open to edit this document downloads onto my computer (image below)

Is it malicious?

It would be more helpful if you could show the actual code of that lander. Use something like pastebin.com to share its content.
