Email marketing software for shopify store? (4)

Hi guys,

I have experience with mailchimp and wanted to set this up for our stores on Shopify.

Seeing that mailchimp is no longer a partner of shopify does anybody has a recommendation for free to use email software?

I am looking into drip but we don't want to spend money on email software yet.

Hope somebody has a good tip(s)

We're using SendInBlue and it's working great.

You can use their Shopify app but Zapier offers support for it as well.

It's not free, but if you do a proper setup you can manage to get into the primary box in gmail. Later today I will update my latest FA and I will share my configuration for SIB.

To be honest, if you're serious about ecommerce/email mkntg then it shouldn't be a problem to spend $30-50/month for proper ESP.

BTW / what kind of emails are you trying to send out?

We want to send out the following emails:

Welcome / thanks for signing up
Cart abandonment
Post purchase /Order confirmation (sell them some more with discount or free shipping on next purchase)
Re-engage (old customers who have not been on the site or bought anything)
Upsell (on certain trigger points eg purchase amount)

I am going to look into software and decide tomorrow so on Sunday I can start the configuration.

And you are right, 30/40$ should be invested in a proper ESP

Did you already drop the configuration on SIB, if yes can you send me the link?
