TJ Mobile Frequency Cap Not Working?

So as some of you may know TJ not to long ago now allows frequency capping for some of their mobile sites.

I thought this would be great, but it does not seem to be working for me.

In fact it appears my CPCs have gone up since this implementation, it has DEFINITELY not gone down which you would think allowing a cap would do.

Anyone experience the same?

Not sure if this is related, but am running a Mob TJ campaign and over the last 5 days my ROI dropped from -18% to -90%.

I figure the weekend to weekday change would experience some differences but my LP CTRs dropped way down. All while banner CTR's remaining the same. It this banner blindness and does this set in in a mere 4-5 days?

Or is this the frequency cap not working? Since I have 1/24 hours set on this campaign

You know it really depends on what sort of volume you run and what geo.

For me I run in the higher volume GEOs, so usually 5 days is about as long as I can run something before CVR drops (again this varies from geo to spot etc)

Off the top of my head though it sounds like a core funnel issue for you Maybe your funnel is too weak or you're promoting a bad offer.

For me I never run at -90% ever, this definitely is not a banner burnout issue for you I think.
