(2019) Facebook's Official Logic On Your Under-delivered Ads
Hey FB marketers,
2019 has been a tough year for FB campaigns....Many of you may face a situation of cost going up (generally speaking, it is inevitable). However, for those who want to expand the spending of the performing campaigns with a under-delivery issue, it is very critical to understand how FB decide to under deliver your ads. Here is the 2019 cheat sheet directly from FB internal training. Hope it will help you guys (especially new marketers) to identify the root cause and scale up your money makers!!!
Tips:
1. All cases vary from each other. Think critically and do your experiments.
2. FB is ever-changing platform. Follow the news and talk to experts.
3. This may look basic to many but 90% of issues are due to basic mistakes. A sound understanding on basics is always a must.

Haha, we should have a reverse version of Cambridge Analytica! Get inside data/info on FB itself!

Thanks @FaceOnAsia for sharing this! I was just discussing this exact phenomenon with someone else a couple of days ago. Very important information.
(BTW - I've taken the liberty of fixing the image in your first post. In the future you may want to upload images to imgur.com or similar, and copy/paste the BBCode code into posts, instead of using the default forum attachment function. The latter is buggy and doesn't work half the time. And even when it DOES work, images appear only as thumbnails.)

Yup, the vbulletin image functions are kinda buggy, so most of us rely on imgur or a similar service.
Nice post btw, thanks for the share
