Wow - PopAds is getting strict. They have probably experienced a lot of fraud, so have gotten stricter in verifying new advertisers.

PopAds is a great traffic source for testing, because the traffic quality is good compared to many other pop networks. Their support can be slow, so be patient.

If you don't hear back from them in a week, create another support ticket.

If you STILL don't hear back from them - please update this thread and I'll see what I can do! But in my experience, they have always responded - just takes longer.
