Advertising access is restricted

Hi Everyone. I woke up today to this message "Your advertising access is restricted. You're no longer allowed to use Facebook Products to advertise. You can't run ads, manage advertising assets or create new ad or business accounts." in all of my ad accounts. I have never done anything blackhat and have no disapproved ads. Has anyone had the same problem? What did you do in this situation to get back on track? My ads are still running though but I can't edit or re-enable paused ones. I've already submitted an appellation but judging by how Facebook is these days I'm probably not getting my advertising access back so I need a backup plan. I've been running Facebook ads with the same business manager for more than a year. Thanks in advance.

Got this as well in a few of my ad accounts. You can appeal but it is pretty much pointless. Best to get a new account or accounts

As long as you run whitehat campaigns, there is a big chance you will get them back. Act a bit annoyed, but also ignorant if you made a mistake and just admit it to them. If you run slight BH it's probably waste of time yeah.

Hope I get them back, I've never run anything blackhat. Although if don't reactivate, do you just delete your personal account and create a new one? I know it's against their tos to have multiple accounts I'm not sure how many accounts can trigger a red flag for them though

Naah don't create a new one, it won't be worth anything or it takes a lot of time/energy again to build it up properly. Go ask around friends/family if you can use their ad manager if this one will not be released.

Facebook seems to be banning random accounts these days. I have accounts running 100% whitehat stuff, and even accounts I haven't run ANYTHING on in months, that got banned. But I explained the situation and was able to get them all reactivated.

Then the same accounts got banned a SECOND time in the next few weeks - and I appealed again and had them reactivated again.

So yeah - do your best to appeal first. But in the long run, if you're running volume on FB, you'll need multiple accounts. There's no knowing when FB will suddenly turn on you.

This right here is what it is all about when it comes to FB. Get this right or have a system in place for getting accounts and you wont be too stressed out when any of your accounts gets banned (which is inevitable unfortunately).

I got my personal back, but it literally took 6 months of appeals.

Hit one of my wh accounts a couple weeks ago. Weird thing was any live ads keep running the whole time (unless you pause them, then you can't unpause or create any new ads).

Got the account unrestricted again with one ticket in about 5 days. So wasn't that big of a deal, just annoying.
