Any tips for runing App Install Campaigns on FB from Scratch?

Hi guys,

This is a newbie question but I'd like to get some help here.

We're going to run an Android Slots game in the US with FB. This game is quite new and we're opening a new FB account, FB fan page, etc.

Could anyone suggest some ways to have a good beginning for running the campaigns on a new FB account? Is there a way to improve the quality score of FB account? What's the type of first campaign you'd suggest, PPE or App install campaigns with install optimization goal? Do you think it's better to start from Interest audiences or just run the campaign to broad All audience?

Really appreciated if you could give some advice. Thanks.

What you mean exactly with a new FB account? Like new as in just some days, or new as in first mediabuy on an old account? If it's new you will get banned very fast when you start mediabuy. You need to have old accounts to do advertising via FB.

Quality score you get by positive ratings on your FB page and probably also the success rates of your ads.

If it's a Slot Casino game I suggest to ask for a proper look a like audience. Broad or interest is just matter of testing, depends so much on your angle, lander, kind of Slot etc.

The new FB account, I mean the new FB Business Manager which is newly opened. But I'm using an old FB personal account to manage ads in this new FB BM. This FB personal account has been used for 3 months. Will it also get banned quickly?

"Success rate" of ads, do you mean the rate of ads being approved by FB or its engagement rate?

Aaaah oke, clear. Ofcourse this makes it less likely to be banned . And yeah, the better ads, the better your overall reputation will be widespread.
