I think this system is designed to be used on regular LPs, so basically you send traffic to whatever LP you design and it either prompts the push subscription POP straight away or you can use the content locking feature. You could certainly send msgs to your push subscribers, then send them to a LP and then convert them with this tool, but from the info in this thread, I don't think you could directly convert/import your push list into the system.

I might be wrong though, so let's way for @propellerads to give us more details.
