does anyone have a standard boilerplate IO / MSA for use with CPA networks that you would be willing to share?
i.e something that stipulates what the CPA network can and cannot do with an advertiser offer, traffic types allowed, chargeback period in case of fraud traffic etc..
You just tell them your terms and they'll draft it out for you.
They deal with hundreds of advertisers, they'll definitely have their IO template already.
So, just sit back, wait for IO to be sent, read, sign.
Kudos to EWA who uses Echosign.
I hate printing out contracts, signing, then taking a pic and reuploading them.
