Scaling Questions! (3)

Hi Guys,
I would really appreciate your help!

I've found a winning offer/lander combo for Taiwan Geo on MainStream Traffic (both Mobile and Desktop) and I'm planning to SCALE as much as possible.

My Current Plans Are:

[1] Using CPA Pop Traffic Sources (see my follow-along here for that)
- PropellerAds
- ClickAdu
- Adsterra
- AdCash

[2] Using Advertizer CPA Traffic Source

[3] Using CPM Traffic on POP Traffic Sources to find Profitable BL and WL. I'm currently using theOptimizer.io to automate cutting bad zones but if there is a traffic source that is working which is not on the list below, I'd love to hear about it (even if I have to cut zones manually).
- PropellerAds
- Zeropark
- ClickAdu
- PopAds
- PopCash

[4] Trying PUSH Traffic on following sources. I have an ok creative and it works well with my current pop lander.
- PropellerAds (CPC, CPA)
- Zeropark (CPC)
- Megapush (CPC)

[1] Can anyone suggest other ways to quickly scale a winning Sweepstake Leadgen offer that I missed?

[2] Can anyone suggest other pop cpm, pop cpa, push cpm or push cpa traffic sources I should really look into?

for push check also zeropark, megapush, they have good traffic, but its cpc
