Where do affliates promote skin trials and is it legal?

Hey STMers,

I see in the aff. networks skin trials with nice cpa's, but is it legal to sell trials in the usa?
If so where is the best place to buy ads?

Hey We have noticed this type of ads running quite a lot on our push traffic with pretty much scales, and feedback from advertisers is pretty solid over time. Ihave never heard anything that it's prohibited in the US, would give push a try for this type of ads!
