Hi Amy,

I followed your instructions( i think ) and started a campaign in PopAds but I am not seeing the correct columns in reports




Its missing conversions, value , profit and roi

What did i do wrong ?

Hello,

This is maybe related to two reasons:
- First one is that youstill have no conversions for the moments this is why the conversions is not yet appearing
- Second one is that the postback in mobipium is not properly set.

I'm a newbie as well, i got the same issue than you and found out that the parameters in the postback section at mobipium were missing.

Thanks for answering , according to mobipium I got 85 conversions , so I'm guessing that i didn't set up the postback properly :-(

this is what i added to mobipium
Please provide your callback URL here:

http://serve.popads.net/cpixel.php?s2s=1&aid=a240399d2339d0d947b2aae2f8deb bd4&id={tid}&value={pay}

and then param
“tid,pay”

have you inserted the parameters with or without quote marks ? (for me i put the parameters without quote marks tid,pay )

Thank you @shuchishin! Yes these parameters need to be saved WITHOUT quotation marks. I should have mentioned that in the guide. Somehow many people have either completely overlooked these parameters, or saved them with quotation marks.
