White Hat PUSH - does it exist?

When I run Adplexity Push I see sweeps (black hat - you can win XYZ but you will never win), AV (black hat - you have a virus while you dont have it) and dating (not sure if this is white or black hat - are these girls real? Can you date a girl this way?). Then I see only black hat landers with brand logos, scarry ads and landers etc, etc no legith traffic source allows (Adplexity, richpush, Clickadu, etc). AMs confirm its next to impossible to run these offers white hat.

So, does wh push exist?

You can run sweeps on push, well at least I never have been disapproved/banned (maybe once because of a huge logo in the image). And prizes are given away for sure, not sure where you get the knowledge from that nobody wins?

Sure not all sweep advertisers give away prizes, sure not all dating offers have real girls, sure not every car ejects the emission they state on their websites.... and so on...

So not sure what ya asking here? does wh push exist?

Yes people are running white hat offers (e-comm, insurances, solar etc) on push, and yes people are running black hat offers on push (perhaps cloaked?). You can run a white hat campaign very agressive and ofcourse they will disapprove your ad then. You can also run a very subtle ad, with a black hat offer.

Regarding Sweeps, Believe it or not one in a million actually wins. It's not much but someone actually wins. Regarding the Viruses, All networks are pretty much cracking down on this. Push NEEDS be at least somewhat clean since when regulations comes, And they will come at some point, You want to be as clean as possible. But, Despite this being said, There ways to sell AV products with texts and images that still can be a bit aggressive and compliant. it just takes a bit of creative work, but it is possible

Push has done well with verticals such as mortgage/refi. These are helping real users who have shown intent on wanting to refinance their home. Whether or not they go through with getting a loan, it is still done well, completely WH.

Let me know if refi is something you'd like to test with push.

It's always like this.

When you have almost unregulated traffic source, of course everyone will try to squeeze as much of it as possible.

Then there will be regulations (whether from traffic sources sides or the tech side itself) and people will have to adapt and go the WH way (or be even more creative)

There is lot of legit and WH usage of push too, but the BH stuff is stronger at the moment between affiliates and that's why you see it a lot on spy tools.

Its better to run these offers on FB? I guess with push CR on these offers wouldnt be good as there is no targeting. What geos work best?

Nothing is better, some angles do "better" on FB, some on PUSH. So it really depends on your angle how you approach/lure/attract consumers.

Totally agree on this point. You can take the same ad, like sweepstakes and take it in a super specific angle on push and get great results and on Facebook take a completely different approach and be a winner. I think the main point here is to understand that you have to take different measurements on different ad formats.
