Increasing offer's CR (6)

At the moment I want to test the new offer in Ghana. As far as I know, there adult is in demand.
The essence of the offer is that a person should choose your favorite girl and call her from your mobile phone. I get a percentage of that.
The problem is that the existing landing page of the offer - in my opinion - will bring very few conversions. And it can not be changed. LP screen - http://prntscr.com/okpss7
Maybe there are some ideas what angle to use on preland/creative to increase LP conversion? With links please, if I can read about this more detailed. BTW I will advertise using Native ads and Push notifications.

Direct linking will probably result in low cr yes. Assuming upfront a page won’t convert is dangerous tho’.
Go grab some spytools and see how others run these kind of offers, little chance someone is going to give his current angles here you know.

I've been pushing similar products in India, and I was able to increase the CVR a lot by using a simple warning type LP. Basically just an "adults only" or "18+" kind of warning with a big CTA button. Try that
