For stuff I'm currently running using the optimizer I see widget ids that get traffic TS Clicks but 0 TRK Clicks.

Are these bots or just missed clicks by my tracker (
I also see a lot of widget ids that get like 1 TS Click and like 40 TRK Clicks and 40 Lander Clicks.

Would you think these are bots also or just missed clicks by the optimizer?
Sorry for jumping in so late on this!
Let's check both scenarios included in the screenshot separately:
1. High Traffic Source Clicks and No Tracker Clicks

There are a lot of traffic sources that are mixing their native inventory with push traffic. Before tagging these widgets as bots, I would recommend to check with your account manager and ask he/she if part of the traffic you are receiving is push. If that is the case and you don't want to get push traffic on your campaigns, you can ask them to exclude it. Some networks are able to exclude push traffic on request.
2. Low Traffic Source Clicks and HighTracker & LP Clicks

The above publishers behaviour is definitely not normal.
In case you are getting conversions from such publishers and their overall ROI is close to or positive, I would check with the affiliate network / advertiser for quality issues. If there are any issues in terms of quality kill them. If not you can keep them running, even though I hardly believe they will help on your overall campaign ROI.
Check your publishers stats on a larger time period to see if such pattern is persistent. In addition to that, on your tracker you should be able to see the IPs as well as the User Agent, Browser Version and OS of the visits tracked from these publishers. This should give you much more insights
