I have setup this site https://www.readthebibleonline.info it's a CPA offer for US and Canada and converts on a Chrome or Firefox install. The payout is $2.25. I know people have done very well with this in the past with PPC but the cost is proving too expensive. If you can get people searching for bible verses etc at 2-30 cents a click then it consistently makes money. The challenge is where else can one get traffic targeted at Christians?
