Business manager signup-form doesn't submit
Hi guys,
I want to create a business manager account, but after filling out the form, the submit button isn't working.
After I click 'submit', the button automatically 'unclicks' itself.
See how it works (or better: how it doesn't work) here: Screen Video
Does anyone have any idea on how to click this submit button successfully and create a business manager account?
Thanks!
Cheers

Have you tried another browser? Jump on the chat with FB rep?

I haven't tried another browser, but I doubt that this is the problem since I've seen it working before in Firefox. My guess would be that the FB accs I'm using to create the business manager are flagged, but thats only a guess.
I will try a different browser, hopefully my guess is wrong and that works.
I'm running farmed accs, so starting a chat with a FB rep might not be a good idea..

Sometimes the business manager creation has errors for us too, but coming back day or 2 later its fixed. FB has so many weird bugs
Is it solved now?

Don't be afraid of FB chat haha,
https://business.facebook.com/business/help/ - had no issues so far - even if the account is banned they will just mention it to you etc, its not very aware people behind the chat.

Hmm, I'm already trying a few times per week for a few weeks so I think this account is just flagged or so? I guess it's time for a new acc supplier :/
I searched for the FB chat, but I can't find it anywhere. I'm my real private FB account, i can reach the Facebook chat by following the 'get started' button (screenshot):

But in the farmed account, I don't see that button (the whole section is missing):

The joys of FB... can be quite a challenge putting up with all their irks, but definitely worth it if you can hang in there and plough on.
The account is most likely flagged and contacting FB chat will not necessarily help. Best to regroup and use a new account that has been properly farmed (if that is how you get your accounts).

This happens from time to time, first time scared me as well. Try again tomorrow and it will most probably work again :-)

Thanks! I tried different ip's/safe-sites/browsers/devices, but it keeps happening so the problem must be the accs. I'm currently searching for a new source for FB accounts so let's hope that works out

This bug seems to surface every few weeks, just wait a few hours and try again.

Cool man, let us know how you go because usually like others have mentioned here the problem surfaces here and there, but is gone within 1-2 days

Yeah 1-2 two days, I don't know about that. I'm already trying for weeks now. Yesterday I somehow succeeded with one out of 15 accounts that I'm trying with, but a few hours later I got the Photo verification check, so DEAD.

Yeah but these are real account rentals, yours being farmed there might be something in your setup bugging it :/

i think the problem is your FB is disabled Payment in your profile. just go to your profile payment and check if there is any red sign.

It happened with me before. The "submit" button wasn't working at all. After trying everything (new browser, new ip, cleared cache) I opened the chrome dev tool to see what was going on and this is what I found:
"error":1690114,
"errorSummary":"Limit Reached For The Number Of Businesses",
"errorDescription":"You have reached the limit for the number of Businesses you can create at this time."
I had 2 BMs at that time and I think I could create only 2 business manager accounts. I guess it's different for everyone but there's a limit for everyone.
It's weird that facebook doesn't show any dialog/error on front end. It could be a bug but most likely you've reached the max number of BMs you can create from your personal account.

In the profile, the payment was set on Euro, which is good. I then tried the ad account associated with the profile, that had the payment on Russian Ruble. I set this to Euro (by creating a new ad account), but unfortunately I still can't create the bizz manager now.

I looked into inspect element, and I found out that there is a error message behind the form popup. This error message says: Warning. Something went wrong, please try again later.

I'm having this same issue. It's happening on an account that is only 2-3 weeks old, so that could be the reason. I will test it out on a few more accounts.
EDIT: It's working on a 2nd account that has been alive for only 2-3 weeks.
EDIT: It's not working on 3rd account that has been alive for only 2-3 weeks.

I am facing the same problem. There are no visible errors in my Network tab when using the method described above. I have a private add account running so I am sure the FB account is not flagged/ at least not at full account level. I am suspecting this issue is related to caching/ browser cache but had no success solving it.

It's not a technical FB error, it's an account thing for sure (at least based on our experience). Eitherway you are not allowed (anymore) to create business manager nor accounts. Could be you exceed the limits, but also possible your account is on the verge of getting banned/or already banned/in review but you only notice after some days...

You're right. I tried different accounts and with those accounts it's no problem to create a BM (some of them even already come with a BM included). I guess the times where a <$5 account are successful are over.

Show FB you can run some weeks on low budget without problems and they will be more reluctant. But to seperate the boys from the men (or the buyers from the spyers, the needy from the greedy

), they raised the bar a bit higher yeah. You really need to be stubborn and patient to build a solid FB business.
In fact, when starting with FB mediabuy, calculate/reserve around 500 euro just to warm up some accounts for weeks. Put 5 accounts live, each 5 euro spend, on the most whitehat thing you can imagine. After some weeks you can launch your profitable campaigns on the accounts, launch not all on one day with same setup etc. Spread over the week, with different domains, different text, different images (but same angle and targeting!).
Only now you have a solid base to expand step by step. Because it takes weeks to have the ability to do decent mediabuy on an account, START quickly with putting side-accounts live... you will be happy you started that part from start, and not only when you found a winning campaign...

Yeah man, before I started with the black hat ads right away, but nowadays first a few hundred safe spent on like campaigns or so, before I start the black-hat ad. But still my accs always die after a few days. I guess my ads are way toooooo aggressive

Not its just a matter of getting big numbers of accounst running at the same time so dying accounts are replaced right away.

Experiencing the same thing on some of our accounts right now. Anyone manage to find a solution for this?

The solution is very simple, actually. You just need to work with high-quality accounts with real activity

This is bs. I've tried multiple of your accounts and they have the same $350 limit. Stop spamming my thread and bother someone else please.

Who's talking about spam? We help with the answers to the question. If you have any questions, please write your mail in private messages so we can solve the problem, thank you

lol, you didn't answer my question. All you said is that accounts need to have 'real user activity', which can't be farmed (and which dontfarm 'coincidentally' sells). That doesn't help anyone reading this topic and is just shameless self promotion

as destricmisth3 said, If you have already 2 Business managers on that profile, you won't be able to create the 3rd one. It happened to me a few times. Not sure if 2 is the number but if the account has a BM even sometimes the form just simply don't submit for some reason. I'd simply jump to another profile.

You asked a different question initially. Decide, please. All accounts are real users with good activity and we keep quality.
