Does anyone know who owns or operates the tech that does or supports full-page co-reg/opt-in traffic/leads(i.e. Fluent, Mundo Media). I'm looking for solutions that pay CPL or ARPU here in the US?
Interested as well, haven't run co-reg since the US pin submits days.
