[HELP] Anybody know this Advertisers Contact? - Payment Pending - No Response

Hi I found 2 advertisers on STM here and worked with them. They both are very good guys, but unable to reach them on skype since more then 6 months. Maybe anyone of you have their contact details or in reach with them?

Honestly I have never heard of them? And most links don't work so seems the guy(s) are on Barbados or such.

If i remember correctly, the bigeasy guy has been around for some time and he founded 1 of the old mobile spytool and created a few guides on STM. Seemed like he did good numbers in the past.

Yeah bigeasy was quite popular in casino offers, was running FB Traffic.

Well it's not my vertical/niche at all, but I keep an eye on the market in general for sure. Ofcourse I don't know a lot of people haha ;-)

It's always sad to hear when affiliates don't get paid...

I've checked out database. Neither members has active subscriptions on STM (both have expired) - but I noticed from Evan's profile on AffiliateFix that his "Last Activity:Sunday at 5:54 AM". Perhaps message him there?

Did you also make a similar post on Affiliatefix?

If a person is past the point of caring about their reputation being ruined, they may be dealing with some serious problems.

I would just forget about the experience and move onto bigger and better things. There's lots more money to be made. Let the loss motivate you to work harder to make back 10x that in the next day, week, or month.

It's always sad to see things end this way - please do update us on any further progress.

Thanks Amy, Yeah I will keep it updated if I get paid Yes I have forgot that money and moved of it that's why posted about it after an year almost, just thought to notify all other stm'ers and name & shame them in the market. Interesting to know, Evan also attended this year Affiliate summit in vegas.

Anyways, my reason for posting this outrageously long and drawn out post was to show you a few things.
1) Hopefully this will help you and others who to investigate people yourself, when wronged.
2) There is plenty of information available out there on these guys.
and 3) You need to file a lawsuit in california immediately. Find a local lawyer, tell him you will give him 50%. Sue for whats owed, costs, hardship, whatever. You have enough addresses, phone numbers, company names, etc to nail him. Even if he doesn't show up, you can get him on default and take his car(that we now know he owns), his stuff in his apartment, his domains, etc.

I really do hope this helps you and any others these guys have taken advantage of.

I'm of the "forget and forgive" camp - may be too passive for my own good. It's nice to have another option to show people.

Evan has gotten in touch with the request that all the posts with contact information be removed - which I've honored.

This is the update to the story as provided by him:

I actually tried to pay this affiliate on multiple occasion, unfortunately his bank account was in a country that our banks kept rejecting, we then tried Xoom, which for some reason rejected the payment. We sent the affiliate screen shots and forwarded emails from xoom. Also sent him wire confirmation proving it was sent, but then rejected because of the location of his bank. We went as far as trying to western union the payment to the affiliate, but this also was rejected. I’ve reached out to the affiliate and we’ve spoken, and trying to figure a way to resolve the issue, also helping him with some campaigns that we know are very profitable. He’s a great guy, great affiliate and very intelligent.
