I know a lot of people like to use FB styled landers. Well here is something to make those landers go from nice to nastily awesome.

careful with these... I believe FB has gone after a few people for using their brand without permission.

well they can't stop anyone from imitating their design...there is no copyright on the colors/forms etc

Ya you are not going around using the FB logo, or mentioning FB whatsoever. I would strongly recommend staying away from that.

Holy crap, this is awesome!

Yeah as long as your not using logo's, or trademarks and your not the owners of fuckbook.com you shouldn't worry too much.

I know someone that received a certified C&D from Facebook for using these sort of templates. So please be careful.

They ran $50 of traffic on a different traffic source, but FB caught on to it fast.

That is an interesting one, since you are not claiming you have any affiliation with Facebook. I don't understand why that wouldn't be allowed. Would be good to hear a definite answer on that one.

They will undoubtedly have the exact colour/font of "facebook" trademarked, it is their logo, so whether or not you'd get a C&D would be up to them I suppose. You'd be better to use a similar font rather than blatantly copying and pasting their logo.
