Hi all, a question related to tracking campaigns in wordpress.

Do you know a wordpress plugin that adds the costum url variables to all internal/external links, so we can identify the source on other pages?

this is what we are looking for:
1) user visits our wordpress site with tracked url "site.com/?campaign=1000"
2) then user clicks on a button with link "externalurl.com"
3) wordpress plugin (or other method), should automatically add the variable "campaign=1000" to that link.
Final button url: "externalurl.com/?campaign=1000"
