Is there a resource where you can input your information one time and use it to generate an account at multiple traffic sources? Or, is that something that needs to be done one traffic network at a time?
I seem to recall seeing something like that in my perusing.
However, it may have also been a resource to sign up for multiple affiliate networks as opposed to traffic sources.

But it´s for CPA networks.
Don´t know about such tool for trafficsources.
But you could use Roboform for it so that you don´t have to enter your details manually again and again.
