Anyone Works Insurance Pay Per Call/leads campaign on FB/native traffic?

The cpc related to insurance is extremely high on google. Anyone has success on FB or native traffic with insurance pay per call/lead campaigns? What's the funnel like? It's quite different from google search, which is a direct response. Anyone experienced on pay per call/lead campaigns, let's share some knowledge and get a mastermind.

I've been running life insurance on native for about 6 months now. There's tons of life, auto, etc on native- probably the most common two verticals one sees along with refi, at least on Outbrain and Taboola. Most of it goes ad > landing page (advertorial) > offer page, and there's a phone number on the offer page they can call but I believe 90% of the leads just input their email/phone/address.
National Family is the biggest life insurance name on native, and for auto it's a little more dispersed but it seems like Provide might be the biggest offer right now if I'm remembering right.

we tried it before but the result was not good enough to continue. we success in running Nutra and some e-commerces Pay per call offers on Fb/native but not this one
