Buy visitor ?

I'm going through the $1 guide, vortex love your effort for helping newbies, however I have a question regarding this sentence :

"Either via email or on skype, ask your AM for a list of CPMs by geos. CPM is the average revenue per every 1000 visitors sent to the offer url from acountry. We only want to buy visitors from geos that have a reasonablyhigh CPM"

Are you asking us to ask the popads manager to get us a list of CPMs by geos ? or the CPA network ?

Popads CPM overview per GEO indeed. High CPM means high profits possibly, but also more competitors probably.

AM = affiliate manager in this case.

Because we're running a smartlink that accepts traffic from multiple geos, we want to know which geos are bringing in the higher CPMs. (Actually, it should be "RPM" or "Revenue Per Mille", but lots of networks refer to it as CPM anyway, which is technically incorrect.)

Also - and this is something I didn't mention in the guide but is relevant - knowing the average traffic cost per geo would help as well. For example, if for a particular geo, the RPM of the offer/smartlink is high AND the CPM (cost per mille) of the traffic is low, then chances of making profits for that geo would be good.

Hope that helps!
