Anyone done any tests on FB CPM vs CPC bidding lately? I read an article on stmforum.com that was from April that was quite interesting.. but it was never completed that I could find.
I'm testing some today and am more than happy to share my results, but curious if anyone else has done any experimenting lately.
CPC all the way bro!
Atleast -- in the US and CA. I'm getting like .03 cent clicks with good CTRs right now. I have some CPM ads running, and they struggle a bit.
yeh bro, 0.2 CTR is still about 25 cents on my end. I would assume you can get 2 cents clicks with at least a 1.5% CTR? damnnnn.... tat's cool
Old, but still right on the money.

Im running 4 cent clicks with only .3 ctr on a 2 million demo... US only.
what vertical? ^
CPM for INTL
Here's a camp I've had live for like 30 mins. Testing a new offer out that's capped at 100 leads a day and I hit that cap fast as fuck w/ my CPM ads:
$75 for 4k clicks is alright in my books

what's your CVR on this ^ have you compared w/regular CPC? The argument has been that the minute you switch to CPM your CVR gets killed...
120% roi and was climbing till I got capped
Edit: and I never started it on Cpc. Went straight to cpm. 3rd tier countries I always go cpm.

That's a strong CTR for CPM.
With keywords it isn't hard to get a ~0.30 CTR on CPM.
I always start with CPM, then I pick my best ads and take them to CPC. The CTRs jump to 2-3x more, + CPC ads show up in different places - so new eyeballs and more volume
But without keywords, I have no idea how you can run CPM unless its an obscure country.
