I'm looking for a list of dirt cheap traffic sources. We're looking to drive clicks under 5 cents of REAL users, but have no intention of converting them to leads or sales. However, traffic that sticks around longer than just pop-ups would be preferred.
PPV (LeadImpact, Media Traffic, Traffic Vance)
Contextual (50onRed, what else)
Social (FB International)
Traffic Exchange (MGID, 2leep, what else)
Obviously there are more traditional channels that can drive cheap clicks with some optimization, but we need cheap clicks out of the gate.
Any insight would be much appreciated.

porn, if you are not concerned it will affect your brand. I'm not sure how cheap is for the US market, but international is dirt cheap on most networks.
http://adf.ly perhaps? 4 cents a pop for US, cheaper for international, and they're guaranteed to stay 5 seconds or you don't pay.
