Hi all
Wanted to see if anyone has suggestions on improving quality of traffic for running dating offers on push? Have a funnel that gets good traction but consistently getting banned from offers. So not very scaleable as a result.
So far I have done:
1. Pass the advertiser traffic source info to get feedback
Alternatively I know I can change my funnel but hard to know how to target higher quality leads given the limited options since I'm not sure what they are selling on the back end as the offer page is a generic dating offer.
Thanks
SP
Frist thing you can do is to pass more data, there is also the AD that can make a difference and also the LP used, in case you rotate more of them. Some sources also offer targeting based on the age of the subscription, that could play a role too.
Then there is all the usual stuff that you can do to improve lead quality, I described it here: https://stmforum.com/forum/showthrea...guide-for-2017!
You can also pre-filter the traffic a bit, redirect the out-of-geo and wrong language traffic away. If you know how, you can also redirect VPNs etc traffic. You will lose some leads this way, but the quality will go up for sure.
With push, the options are quite limited, this traffic type is very prone to lead quality generally, so you simply need to accept it as a fact.
We use the IP2Location database. Matuloo says that with filtering, you lose some of the traffic, but here is a screen of our stats grouped by IP address type.

It shows that the Datacenter/hosting group has quite competitive earnings per click.
For our email traffic, that each filtering has different relevance from the nature of the traffic.
