Clickdealer Offer Email Not Landing in my Inbox (2)

Hi,

Facing this weird issue. When I request creatives from Clickdealer for an already approved offer, the website says the Email has been sent with all creatives. But it is not landing in my inbox. Checked all my folders, spam folders, every folders, trash, everything - waited few hors, one day, two day, and changed two email addresses (Clickdealer Profile) including one gmail address.

But no email is arriving. See attached screenshot.



Interestingly other emails, such as account relented, promotional etc. from Clickdelaer is normally arriving within seconds.

What is the solution?
