In Report is no Conversion^ (16)

Hi,
got my first campaign approved and started immediately.
If I generate a report now, I do not see any conversions.
Does anyone have a tip for me where I made the mistake?

When you receive conversions but don't see them in your tracker check your postback.

When it's not set correctly then the conversions will not be reported to the tracker.

Yup, it's most likely a postback problem. If you need assistance with that, let us know. But your AM at mobipium should be able to assist you.

Hi @ken_proxy! I remember we've spoken, just don't remember if I've had a chance to look at your postback setup.

If I haven't: Could you please show me 2 things:

1)The postback you took from popads (in its original format).

2)The modified postback you put into Mobipium.

Please feel free to change a couple of digits in the links to preserve privacy.

There are a couple other people experiencing the same issue - I'm following up with Mobipium to get things sorted. You may want to PM me the email you signed up to Mobipium with, in case I need to follow that up for you as well.

I have this problem too, Amy is helping me to solve it.
Even if you are able to see your conversions in Mobipium frontend, it's very important to see them in traffic source's frontend ($1 Guide focus on setting traffic source's postback url, without a tracker at the beginning): you can find out which country did those conversions and with that numbers then optimize your campaign.

Hi, these are the links. but when I wrote the answer I noticed an error. I forgot to enter the uniqe tracking parameters at position 2 at mopipium (tid, pay). is it perhaps because of that? but if I type tid,pay at mobipium in second position, update press comes "no update were made".

My PopAds report shows 2-empty columns: Conversions + Conv. value. I ran the links from PopAds to Flor at Mobipium to verify they were implemented correctly and she said they were correct and to contact the AM at PopAds. PopAds (to my knowledge) only has "Support by email" and Gordon Ho said, "everything was running fine, no report of problems". Hope that clears things up. I want to use my data in PopAds to cut underperforming GEOs. If I move over to Voluum with Mobipium will that get me past the problem with PopAds lack of support for Conversions + Conv. value?

I am following the $1 Guide and hoping to get into the 40-day Tutorial asap.

Voluum is great, but the cost may completely eclipse the already-small profit margins on this type of offer. So let's try to get this working without.

Can you please do this for me:

I want you to start from scratch - go over EVERY single step in the guide and implement each step carefully.

Obviously there'd be no need to get a new mobipium account or popads account, but perform all other steps in the order described in the guide.

After you replaced the postback link in mobipium, wait a couple hours, and hit up your Mobipium AM to make sure that the postback is active (tell them you've replaced the link and want to make sure - even if you feel it's the exact same link).

And THEN start a new campaign on popads with the minimum $2.50 budget.

Watch Mobipium stats until you see the first conversion come in, then stop the camp if the budget still hasn't run out. Check popads stats to see if conversion data is there.

Please update me on results so I can suggest the next step if necessary.

I did every single step in the guide again and when I pasted in the new postback link in Mobipium, and hit the Update button, I received this alert: No Updates were made. I removed the link, hit the Update button, received the No url alert (attempting to clear out the old link), and repasted the new postback and received the same alert: No Updated were made. Flor said: "If you make changes in Popads it will not update in Mobipium." The PopAds campaign ran through the $2.50 budget and the report still shows zero conversion data with the "Saved Changes" made.
