Have you worked with advertisers with this traffic in the past? How have they found the quality? In my experience, much of the push traffic doesn't meet advertiser's quality standards.

We are one of his advertisers. Have bought from him already in 2012 for Sextoys :-) We are not buying traffic at all any more and focus fully on affiliate traffic and bots. But dude is legit :-)

It really depends on your offer. I will tell you right away that casual and adult dating SOI and DOI offers work well. I have advertisers that have been steadily renewing for more than 6 months in a row.
