VOluum Glitch or Not? (5)

Hi Guys. I have followed the guide up to day 4 (The 40 day beginer's guide by Amy). I am seeing conversions in propellar ads and Mobidea but not in the conversion table that is marked conversions. However I am seeing a notification saying "congratuulations you have a conversion in Voluum". Also when I click on conversions next to path it is saying I have a conversion.

Is this a glitch or do I just have to wait until campaign is completed.

Hmm that's quite strange.

If it's already in the conversions tab it should be in the table as well.

Did it show up later?

Maybe someone from @Voluum could answer it?

@erikgyepes thanks for the mention. I probably wouldn't have seen it otherwise

@farmeraddy since the conversion is displayed in Voluum's Conversions tab for the campaign and the postback to PropellerAds was also sent, the conversion must have been correctly registered in Voluum. If I were to guess, it's not showing in your Conversions column because of some settings you have in place for the report you have opened - like time range etc. But I want to look into it and "find" it for you.

Please PM me your Voluum sign-in e-mail and the name of the campaign if you have more than one in your account.

Hi Guys Thanks for you input! Karolina it was the dates. You were correct. I adjusted the dates for the first day and it appeared. Thanks for all your help guys.
