Fb payment

Hi,

Just got a message from FB that payment didn't went through (in my stupidity I forgot to change to a new credit card)...

My concern is that it says "All ads will be paused" - or something like that.

1.I've immediately paid the balance and replaced the credit card
2.I never saw the ads were stopped
3. [ That's the question ] - How bad it'll hurt the adsets which were running already?

They will restart fine, more about not getting flagged for unusual activity which can happen from adding new payments to accounts.

Is this on an account attached to business manager? If so, add the new CC to the business manager, then in the account that is payment failed add payment from business manager and it should be all good.

RE your ads: they will resume as normal (well as far as I've seen it happen with my accounts)

There seems to be a lot of payment bugs with FB now too in the last week, apparently related to Chinese carding scams and security updates

No worries mate, should be fine payment fails doesn't derail the campaigns... unless its followed by Unusual activity blocks :P lol

Nah was just something I picked up on from some chats no media posts, was to do with low quality ecom pages with super low prices carding the users then using on ads. They can't verify the 4 digit pins FB is now checkpointing for on unusual payment activity.
