Content Arbitrage Possible on Taboola or outbrain

Hi Stmers,

Hope you all are doing fantastic!

I am currently spending 2k & 3k/day with revcontent and mgid respectively on content arbitrage campaigns, i tried submitting campaigns on outbrain and taboola but didn't get any approval from them.

Is there anyone doing big numbers with outbrain or taboola on arbitrage campaigns?, Need some guidance on how to get started with outbrain and taboola?

I have google adsense, zergent and bidvertisers widgets on my blogs.
