How to set a campaign on Outbrain with only 1 pub?

We need to let it run and then just exclude all the rest of the pubs? or is there

Pretty sure you need to ask your account rep to create a whitelist only campaign, as there is only the option to exclude.

Alternatively you can set your bid very low to effectively pause all other sites (as opposed to pausing everything manually), and then raise it for your target site's bid.

As far as I know from my Outbrain rep they can only whitelist MSN. But not sure if that's only for Netherlands or other GEO's too. You could also try VoluumDSP.
