Improving relevance score of FB ads
Hi folks!
Recently I started about dynamic ads in which I could not find a relevance score and engagement scores.
Since that time I use dynamic ads to test images/videos/texts etc and I choose the best one on classic ads.
Right now depending on ads I have a Relevance Score between 5 and 7 and I'm looking for ways to improve it.
According to my FB rep Relevance Score includes CTR, design of the ad, all the engagement the ad creates.
My question to you is: how do you improve you Relevance Score?
1. Do you see difference in relevance score depending on Image/Video ad?
2. Do you see difference in relevance score depending on ad copy?
3. Do you see difference in relevance score depending on resolution of Image/Video? (e.g. does square videos have lower/higher relevance score than landscape ones?)
Thanks!

Don’t forget on point targeting, very important when it comes to relevance score!
With ad copy you can trigger people subtle to comment, share or like. So yeah that makes the ads stronger for sure.
Most of time CTR of video is better, but for me personally I mostly use images, and getting a real cpc still.
The new “standard” is the vertical one, very eye catching on the bigger screens! FB recommends to use it too.

Do you reply to their comments if they ask questions, and this brings up relevance (or quality too) scores?

No I prefer to stay out of the comments! But I doubt it has impact on relevance score, more like better reputation for your page and account. On the long run it will pay off somewhere I am sure....!

Me too, but I've been seeing it pop up on spytools a lot more recently some replying to every comment when they ask for price etc and thought it might help with quality scores
