ClickDealer shows conversion but Voluum doesn't show

In ClickDealer, I have 2 conversions, but it doesn't show up in Voluum

ClickDealer

Voluum

My Postback URL in ClickDealer

Code:
http://track.XXXX.YYY/postback?cid=#s2#&payout=#price#
Could you please help me?

Can you also share the offer URL as you have entered it into Voluum? Did you add this at the end of the url: &s2={clickid} ?

The postback itself looks ok.

Silly me. I checked my previous notes and found out that the original postback URL was like below, not the one in my original post

Code:
http://track.hello-will.xyz/postback?cid=#cid#&payout=#price#
With the new postback URL in my original post, I can see one new conversion in Voluum

But previous 2 conversions still doesn't appear. How can I make them appear?

Here's my offer URL in case it might help
Code:
https://cd-mob.com/?a=XXXX&c=XXXX&s2={clickid}&s3={trafficsource.id}&s4={campaign.id}

They won't appear automatically, since the postback wasn't setup properly. But you can fire them manually.

Check the stats in clickdealer, list the conversions and grab the clickIDs for the missed conversions.

Then add them into the postback url and just launch it in your browser.

So just replace the #s2# with the actual clickid ... track.XXXX.YYY/postback?cid=putheclickidhere&payout=addpaymentval uehere

Are you using a global postback on clickdealer? Sometimes conversations don't appear in Voluum I noticed.

Thank you very much. Your method works for me.

Yes, I'm using Global Postback. It was due to my misconfiguration in the postback URL.

Great, glad that it worked

Sounds like you got your problem fixed, but there is also a good guide for ClickDealer/Voluum integration set up here for you to use.

And your AM can always help you out if you run into further issues too

You can do that or you can use the conversion upload feature

It uses the same logic as receiving a postback from an affiliate network (or firing a postback yourself) but allows you to upload all the conversions at once.

This is how you do it:

1. In Voluum, go to settings and click the Conversion upload tab.

2. Add one entry per line in the Conversion upload text field in the format:

click id,payout,transaction id,conversion type

- click id - this one you need to locate in the Clickdealer's report for each missed conversion

- payout - optional

- transaction id - optional - it's used when you have subsequent conversions like upsells

- conversion type - optional - it's used when you have defined different custom conversions

If you want to upload only a conversion event (without any additional values), each line will have only click ID value (example: c384EFV6JHQODRN70575OK6U)
If you want to upload a conversion with a payout (example: c384EFV6JHQODRN70575OK6U,0.75)
.
.
.

You've most likely handled this already but still, let me just leave it here. Now you (and others searching for something similar) know this functionality exists.
