Push Smartlinks?

I'm writing a beginner's tutorial on push smartlinks and need some help:

Does anyone know which affiliate networks have them? So far I only know of Clickdealer and Mobipium.

Push notifications - with an offer page like this one to collect push subscribers:

Where each visitor that subscribes will count as a conversion. Payout = a few cents and varies by geo.

BTW guys, we also have a smartlink with rotative push offers. We create quite a lot on our own and that's what we give our affiliates

BcnMonetize accepts such links; you can pay them per subscriber, like a few cents.

Amy is looking for networks that will actually pay the affiliate, who refers new push subscribers.

We have that kind of offers in Kimia/Amorads smartlinks and if you need it we can easily setup a matrix/smartlink with only push subscription offers.

Hi Vortex,

I'd like to mention that Adsbridge tracker has released a push notification feature recently. You can be provided with a special script which you place on your self-hosted landing page, and it collects subscriptions for you.
