Paid service to help with banned Facebook Ads Accounts (15)
Hi guys,
Just wondering if there's a company out there that has connections with facebook and can help people recover their banned FB ad accounts for policy violations running WH offers ? Of course as a paid service.
I've been working with such a company for Adwords for years - they have the so called "Guardian angel" service where they get connected to your Adwords account and in case you run into trouble they pick up the phone and call their own representative at Google to fix the issue asap. Of course this is for WH campaigns only and they review your landing pages etc to make sure you are fully compliant and don't run into trouble in the first place. It costs $500 a month.
I couldn't find such a company for Facebook , but with so many people having account bans every day I guess this could be a lucarive business and somebody have already tought of it and created one ?
Never heard about service like this to be honest. Let me bump this thread so it gets more eyeballs, maybe someone else has more info. But I doubt anything like this exists.
The customer service of Facebook is so random/weak/chaotic so I am sure some guys have reps sitting at the HQ giving them some privileges yeah. But I haven't seen a company like this ever, perhaps someone at BlackHatWorld can help you out?
Pretty sure this kind of service exists however no one would share that in a forum. Best to ask around through your network or contacts + local based FB employees (i.e. non US)

Would be awesome if there was one, I feel like the only decent FB reps are the ones awarded to the multi multi million dollar agencies. My buddy just got a BM shot down with $500k+ spent on it, all branded stuff to he's own quality products, had no issues at all until he ran some illustrated images and received some retro non approvals before the policy flag hit, and his designated rep said she couldn't do anything to turn the decision.... -.-
Facebook/IG have done a really good job at disconnecting themselves from the support roles, and yet we all beg to keep running it lol

I would say its the motive mostly, but they could warrant unnecessary attention. My friends offer was a makeup concealer and they used ones that probably people burned a live with BH skin ads. Their FB rep seemed to make it obvious to them that those ads are frowned upon by FB though
Also had a BM banned earlier this year from using those illustration pictures with a Giddyup product, was allowed for a long time with no problems but then all of a sudden started to get a lot of retro disprovals and then eventually banned.
