Is it a :

• 3 tier bid i.e. high, medium, low.
• Look at the traffic chart and got above the first bump.

be interested to find out. So far the only thing that I see converts is smartCPA. I am testing vortex 40 day system with Smart CPM so far I have run 10 offers and nothing has shown any signs (based on the 'kill spreadsheet' and first 10$ in the campaing
