Help Needed: 502 Bad Gateway (4)

Hello All, I've a quick question. I set up a camp earlier as follows:

Offers: 4
Landers: 2
Aff Network: Gotzha
Tracker: Voluum
Geo: KZ

When I check my LPs, they load fine and I registered 30 clicks on Propeller but when nothing shows up on Voluum. When I checked the tracking link - the problem is when I click on the LP's CTA to test offer flow, I get:

DNS error

DNS error (the host name of the page you are looking for does not exist)

Please check that the host name has been spelled correctly.

Would anyone be able to advise why this happened or where I can start digging? I've paused the camp for now to figure this out. Thank you.

1. Make sure that the offer is working.

Sometimes it happens that offers are offline, have bad redirects or are simply not working

2. Check if you get redirected to the real offer or if you get redirected to a geo redirect or so.

What do the stats on Gotzha say?

Are the real campaign clicks to the offer registered there or not?

Also check if you set a correct click URL.

And for redirects to work better don't just visit your lander directly and click the CTA.
Always visit the landers through campaign URL so that the redirect is for the campaign you want to check.

Otherwise it can happen that there is still a tracking cookie from another campaign active or no cookie at all.

Then it also won't work.

Thanks both for checking in! After some head cracking, I realised where my error was, what I had done was use my LP server hostnames for my tracking domain as well which explains why a previous campaign had failed too. All clear now
